A class of 11 students at Montgomery High School recently completed Tier 2 of It's All About Work. We would like to thank the students for all their hard work over the summer as well as Allison Imbrialle of NJ Division of Vocational Rehabilitation Services, who spoke about the division's services.

Jan Breece, a participant in ACI's It's All About Work program, recently had an information interview with the Edison Animal Shelter. Jan's career goal is to work with animals. The Interview was with Jay Elliot, Director of Health and Human services at Edison Township. This was Jan's first ever interview, and as a result she was offered a volunteer position at the shelter. Congratulations Jan and thank you Jay!

Leslie is a participant in our It's All About Work employment preparation program. She gave her own instructions on how to build a tower with spaghetti marshmallows. This activity was done to help with communication skills.

In November, ACI began working with students at Edison High School on Tier 1 of the It's All About Work program. It's All About Work is a program developed by the NJ Association of Centers for Independent Living in conjunction with the NJ Division on Vocational Rehabilitation Services (DVRS) to help prepare transition students and adults for the world of work and inclusive community living.
